LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Kim Kardashian is over ice cream and cookies.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reality star recently told People she's gone from a size 6 to a size 2 and dropped 15 pounds, and one of the things she's given up as she toned up is her frosty fave.

"I don't eat ice cream as much any more. I used to eat it all the time," Kim told Access Hollywood on Wednesday.

Kim, who lost the weight with increased workouts, modified eating and a dietary supplement, said her taste buds have changed and her craving for sweets is heading toward history.

"Last night I was starving and I just needed to grab something to snack on and there was cookies and I grabbed like, three of them and I only ate one and I was just over it. I'm just like, over sweets," she said. "I never thought I'd ever hear myself say that."

In other Kardashian family news, Kim is working with mom Kris Jenner to plan the baby shower for her oldest sister - the very pregnant Kourtney Kardashian.

But while they are working out the details, they don't know what color scheme to go with.

"We're hopefully waiting for her to find out the sex of the baby before we get any further because we'd love to have a theme -- to be very boy or girl themed," Kim said. "Kourtney is hopefully going to find out soon. She could have found out a long time ago, but she was planning on not finding out. But, I think she's getting a little anxious on decorating the baby nursery... She can't find the right colors and everything so she just wants to find out so I think she can decorate better."

Kim previously told her Twitter followers that she has baby fever and she revealed to Access there are several women in her life that are with child beyond just her sister.

"My sister's pregnant [and] my step-sister's pregnant so those are the first two babies in the family. My best friend from the day I was born is pregnant, so all the girls that I'm with every single day are pregnant," Kim said. "I have no choice but to go with them baby shopping and trying to get them the cutest stuff."

But don't expect Kim, who split from NFL star Reggie Bush over the summer, to follow in their maternity footsteps -- at least, not yet.

"I'm going to hold off. Well, for right now I should hold off," she said.

    Who cares what size she is, geez. SHe is a pretty girl but these celebs think skinnier is better. It is insane. What is with all the stick figures. She looked better before if you ask me. SHe looked more like a real normal person.

    How can this girl be a size 2? A size six is not big anyway but there is now way with her hips and butt that she is a size 2... U can't make bigger hips smaller if ur frame is built bigger. I am a size 2... she is dreaming.
