"Oh just relaxing..." she tweeted, along with several acupuncture needles sticking out on her face, along with a boatload of foundation.
But, why does shave have needles in her face? Apparently acupuncture on the face is a "pain-free" way to get a facelift.
Kardashian is apparently willing to go to extreme lengths to get the youthful face she craves. Need proof? Her recent beauty treatments show the depths she's willing to go to stay young forever.
Kardashian is willing to shed her own blood for beauty - and fans got to watch! The reality star documented her recent "vampire" facial for "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami" - and let's just say it didn't look pleasant.
"I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful," the realty star said as doctors took a vial of her blood and "spun" it to get the platelets. Then, they injected the platelet-rich blood into her face via a tiny needle.
The result? Lots of tears and pain.
"Oh my God. I will never get a facelift if it feels like that," she said after the procedure.
Let's be honest, Kim: You probably will.
Kardashian also let television cameras as she got Botox back in 2010. However, she freaked out when she noticed bruising, leading her to decide that the injections weren't for her.
"I am not against Botox, and I would never judge anyone else for getting any kind of surgical or non surgical procedure," she later wrote on her blog. "But, I think when you're young there are other ways you can look after your skin... Botox just wasn't necessary for me at this age."
We're not so sure she's telling the truth about that, either.
Look, we understand that laser hair removal is all the rage right now, but Kardashian took her hatred of her body hair a little too far. The reality star has had laser hair removal all over her body so that it's smooth "like a seal."
She's even had it done on her forehead.
"If you look at pictures of me, even [from] three years ago, I had like 2 inches of full hair on my forehead of baby hairs," she said in a 2011 interview. "But they weren't thick enough to slick up or slick back, so they were permanently down."
So, she had them removed forever.
"I would wax them all the time," she said. "And now, I laser them and they don't come back."
Well, she can afford it.
