Kim Kardashian Divorce: Ways She’s Shown that She’s Not Worried

Kim Kardashian isn't the only big sister that will have to move over for little sisters Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner.

The future of Kris Humphries' and Kim Kardashian's divorce battle was decided in court today, but lately Kim hasn't seemed too concerned about her ex's attempt to ruin her rep by painting their marriage as a fraud.

As TMZ reports, the Humph seems determined to drag the divorce case out as long as he can -- his legal team hasn't even deposed Kim Kardashian even though today was the deadline to do it. But Kris' team did sneakily try to serve Kim's new man Kanye West with a subpoena in a Nordstrom box, and Kris Jenner and the production company behind the Kardashian reality shows have also been served.

According to Kris' attorney, he's been trying to gather info about Kim's reality shows so that he can prove that Kim only married Kris for TV. In the Humph's perfect world, Kim would admit that their marriage was a fraud; she would be humiliated; and they would get an annulment.

Or maybe not - perhaps he's just dragging this out because it's the last way he'll be able to use Kim to get attention. If that's the case, then he just got his way today -- Judge Stephen Moloney is hoping that the case will get resolved before next May and has ordered the attorneys to return for another hearing in November.

However, Kim has obviously already moved on, and it's doubtful that her dolls would care even if she fessed up to her marriage being a fraud.

She's already used Oprah to gain sympathy by dishing about the "deep depression" she experienced after her marriage ended, saying that she knew that Kris wasn't the one when they moved in together.

The reality show star also distracted her dolls with a shiny new accessory - now that Kanye is always hanging on her arm, who cares about Kris?

She's been letting Kanye use her as a walking advertisement for his clothing line, and maybe he'll even get to design her next wedding dress someday - Kim allegedly wants her divorce battle to end soon so that she and Yeezy can get engaged. She's even been dreaming about still being with the rapper when she's 80 -- apparently by then they'll just be chillin' on their front porch gabbing about how sad it is that all the animals used to make their fur coats are extinct (PETA better get ready to pounce on their wedding dress).

But Kim hasn't completely forgotten about the Humph. In Yeezy's music video for the song "I Wish You Would / Cold," she makes an appearance right before Kayne spits his Kris diss. She also mocked her marriage in an episode of "Drop Dead Diva" when her relationship guru character said this about one of her celebrity clients: "She left her husband after 72 days. Everyone in Twitter is freaking out." Obviously now Kim isn't too depressed about her divorce to joke about it.

At least her character gets what she deserves - she ends up being forced to trade her designer duds for a prison orange jumpsuit.

So do you think that Kim's behavior now proves that she was never serious about Kris?
