Given the current economy,
Kevin Federline can't fathom throwing down $200 for a pair of True Religion jeans for his boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
So,
WWD reports, he wants to start a children's clothing line -- and is in talks with Gerard Guez about a licensing deal.
