Federline, who made an overnight stop at a Las Vegas trade show in the interest of research, said he was scoping out the styles for inspiration.
"It's a really tough business, I'm trying to take it seriously and make a quality product for kids but not have parents pay like $500 or something ridiculous for a pair of jeans," said the rapper, who receives $20,000 a month in child support from ex Britney Spears .

"You buy your kids a pair of True Religions then they roll around in the dirt like kids do and a $200 pair of jeans is gone," he went on. "With this economy, Im looking to do something much more reasonable."
No word yet on the name of the line or a release date.

The DUh hello, you people ever seen those "Fabulous Life:" shows on VH1? A lot of celebrities drop major cheddar (money for those out of the loop) on high end clothes for their kids, despite the obvious fact that they would grow out of them soon. keepingitrealCan you say Children's Place, Old Navy or Gap, Kevin? Is this guy for real? No one buys kids jeans that expensive in the "real world". I would not spend that much on a pair of jeans for myself. And I wear nice designer brands. If you hit the sales, you can do quite well and keep some money in your pocket.
