LOS ANGELES (May 24, 2007) -- Sometimes life imitates art. But for Keri Russell, her real-life pregnancy came just a little too late for her new film "Waitress."
"I feel like I am type cast as the pregnant girl with the last four jobs I have done," Keri joked with Access Hollywood's Tony Potts during a visit to the "Waitress" set.
Expecting a child in real life, Keri plays a pregnant pie maker looking for love in the dramedy "Waitress," which debuted at Tribeca earlier this month.

The film was written and directed by Adrienne Shelly who was allegedly murdered by a construction worker last November.
"This movie is so much her," Keri told us. "It's still kind of hard to believe, and I don't know if that's normal because she's so young and it's a weird thing to find out where to put it. I think I still don't believe it."
"What do you hope for this film?" Tony asked her.
"I hope a lot of people see it. I hope people see how great she was and think it's funny and are touched by it ultimately at the end," she smiled.
