Hugh Hefner may have split from Kendra Wilkinson in October, but he's still attending her baby shower in Los Angeles this Wednesday, he announced on Twitter.
Hef, 83, is even taking his new girlfriends: Crystal Harris and twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon. And former Girls Next Door costars Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt.

"The girls are going to Kendra's baby shower today. Crystal, the Twins, Holly, Bridget & Kendra will all be there. How can I stay away?" wrote Hefner, who has remained close with Wilkinson since she left the Playboy mansion. (He was even supposed to walk her down the aisle at her wedding this June until she changed her mind and asked her brother.)
On Tuesday, Hefner revealed the party will be held at the home of longtime Playboy mansion secretary Mary O'Conners.
"All my girlfriends -- old & new -- will be at Kendra's baby shower at Mary O'Conners tomorrow," he wrote. (Earlier that day, he also wrote that Kendra stopped by the Playboy mansion "to say hello. She's in town for a baby shower.")
The new season of The Girls Next Door -- featuring the twins and Harris -- premieres Oct. 11 on E!
Wilkinson is due to give birth to her first child with husband Hank Baskett, a boy, on Christmas.
