Ken Paves says he is tired of being asked about the singers
weight gain.
"I don't think people understand what the responsibility of that question really is," he told Usmagazine.com Wednesday at the grand opening of Eleven Spa Vegas and the
Ken Paves Salon in Las Vegas.
See how Jessica Simpson's body has changed over the yearsBy answering the question, Paves told Us, he contributes "to younger girls having issues with their body weight. It's an irresponsible question to ask when the people that ask it should turn the camera around.
"If you have the guts to ask yourself that question, and answer it honestly, then you can ask that question," he went on. "But I don't think many people can."

At a press conference for the Academy of Country Music Award nominations Wednesday in Nashville,
Julianne Hough and
Kellie Pickler -- who announced nominees alongside Simpson -- said they liked the singer's new curves.

Simpson made her first live TV appearance since her much-scrutinized weight gain on Wednesday, performing her song "Pray Out Loud" on CBS'
The Early Show.
She danced around the weight issue.
"Honestly, I am right where I'm supposed to be. I am so happy," Simpson said. "Everything's really great."
