NEW YORK, NY -- Kelsey Grammer has been released from a New York area hospital, Access Hollywood has confirmed.
"Kelsey Grammer is out of the hospital, feeling great and about to resume normal activities at home," a rep for the "Swing Vote" actor told Access. "[Kelsey] and his wife Camille want to thank everyone who expressed concern. They appreciated the kind words."
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Grammer was admitted to Southampton Hospital in New York on June 28 after "feeling faint," a rep for the star said.

Grammer previously suffered a heart attack in late May while paddle boarding in Hawaii with his wife, Camille.
The couple live in Kona on Hawaii's big island.
