" Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues," her rep tells Usmagazine.com. "Her family supports and stands by her."
Her mother, Sharon Osbourne , first confirmed the news to radaronline.com late Thursday.
"Yeah, Kelly's in rehab," she said of her daughter, 24, who entered rehab for a painkiller addiction in 2004.
"What else can we say?" Sharon went on. "She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point, and we're proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help, and she's getting it."

Kelly - who is engaged to model Luke Worrall - will seek treatment for at least the next 30 days at a facility.
Sharon declined to say what Kelly (who was arrested earlier this month over an alleged assault in a London nightclub) is being treated for.

"Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out," said Sharon. "We just pray that everything's going to be okay.

"This is one of the absolute worst things that a parent can face, for their child to go through rehab. And not once, but twice," a choked-up Sharon added. "However, we are all very glad Kelly's doing it."
