Kelly Osbourne says she wasn't shocked when Donny Osmond was declared the new champion of Dancing with Stars on Tuesday night.
"Everyone kept coming up to me and saying, 'Are you okay? Are you okay?'" she told Usmagazine.com after the show. "And I'm like, 'I never f****ing thought I was going to win anyway!'"

Osbourne was the first of the three eliminated (Mya was runner-up).
"I'm on top of the world! I was in the finals! This is amazing!" Osbourne told Us. "My only disappointment during the whole entire show was that during the entire final I was always in the bottom."

The biggest plus: She managed to lose more than 20 lbs. on the show.
And - surprise - she loved spray tanning!
"I can't stop, it makes me look skinny!" she said. "I might ditch the fake tan for now, but whenever I think, 'Oh, I'm having a fat day,' I will go get a spray tan and think, 'Confidence booster!' Instant five-pound weight loss!"
Champ Osmond tells Us he also managed to lose weight on the show.

SunnyMya was better all season but Donny and Kim out danced everyone in the last 2 dances. I loved Kelly but there were a lot of contestants that were better than her...she only stayed on because people (including me) voted for her...she was fun to watch. Breezymya already has a lot of dancing skills so it should have been down between donny and kelly and since donny also has entertaining skills, kelly should have gotten it since she did so well and improved so much throughout the season.report abuseposted November 25, 2009 3:00 PM PST

OliviaI think Kelly should have won - she showed true spirit and determination and stuck through it all - was so much more improved than all the others - Donny probably paid his way to win - sorry but it just sounds a bit funny - Mya has always danced so she's good without a doubt - but Kelly showed really dancing spirit - I applaud her.report abuseposted November 25, 2009 2:57 PM PST

LisaI can't believe the outcome, I too grew up watching the Donny and Marie show and like him ,but no way should he have won. Mya had consistantly high scores through out this competition and I believe Joann Kruppa should have been there as well. this just goes to show its not so much on talent and more of a popularity contest. not to say donny didnt have talent just they had more!report abuseposted November 25, 2009 2:35 PM PST
