Justin Timberlake might not have married Jessica Biel last weekend, but he is ready to get rid of his bachelor pad. The singer and actor has listed his NYC Soho penthouse for a staggering $7.65 million. He bought the residence in 2010 for the bargain-basement price of $6.56 million.
The home at 311 West Broadway "features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a gas-burning fireplace, and a large, private, set-back wrap terrace," according to Trulia. "A dramatic glass curtain wall and 10'2" high ceiling offer unparalleled light and stunning views of Soho and the Empire State Building."
Maybe he's looking to find a bigger place to have a family with Biel? The actress has mentioned she'd like to raise a family in her home state of Colorado.
Breaking news: Jennifer Love Hewitt just listed her Toluca Lake, Calif. home for $2.9 million, according to Trulia. "The Client List" actress is looking to unload the six-bedroom home built in 1952 that features a floor plan that is "spacious and flexible and the outdoor pool area features a large patio complete with built-in bar," according to the real estate website.
The listing includes nearly two-dozen photos of the breathtaking property, including shots of the vaulted ceilings, neutral color scheme, pool and muraled ceilings.
Thinking about buying it? Better break out the checkbook: The mortgage payments work out to about $13,000 a month. It's good to be a celebrity.
Ice-T has a lot of things going on these days, including his work on "Law & Order: SVU." The one thing he doesn't have time for? Property management. Ice and his wife, Coco Austin, just sold their Miami Beach condo for $1.29 million. The 26th floor abode features three bedrooms, a sauna and a steam room.
The buyer? A Canadian trust, according to GossipExtra.com.
The rapper took to Twitter over the weekend to dispel some rumors about the sale, though he did acknowledge they lost some cash on the sale.
"TMZ posted I loss a couple hundred grand in Realestate.. Is that really news?? My friend loss 48 million. Win some lose some," he tweeted on Aug. 19. "Truth is we weren't using the crib.. Sold it and put 1.3 back in my back account."
It's not like they're hurting for cash: Ice is reportedly worth upwards of $30 million. What's a couple of thousand dollars, then? Pocket change!
