Kathy Griffin , who stars on the network's "My Life On The D-List," will host the ceremony, which will honor the best in food, fashion, beauty, design and pop culture. It will air on Bravo on April 15 at 10 PM EST.

The award show will also feature a tribute by amfAR chairman Kenneth Cole and actress Milla Jovovich to late actress Natasha Richardson, who died in March following a tragic skiing accident. Natasha appeared on the network's "Top Chef" in December 2008 to promote her involvement with AIDS research foundation amfAR, and the organization will participate in the show.
