    Justin Bieber Schedules Paternity Test Despite Dropped Lawsuit

    Justin Bieber may have a doctor's appointment visit on Friday --- to take a DNA test disproving he's the father of Mariah Yeater's son Tristyn, 4 months.

    "He's ready to take a paternity test, at any moment. We have one scheduled for tomorrow," Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, told Extra host Maria Menounos at Thursday's Pencils of Promise charity event in L.A.

    The announcement is a surprise, since Bieber is not obligated to take the test. Yeater had claimed that she had sex with Bieber, now 17, backstage at an L.A. concert in October 2010, but she dropped her much-scrutinzed paternity suit last week.

    Braun explained that Bieber "doesn't mind" taking the DNA test. "He's like 'I'm just going to go ahead of it and be fine.'"

    The "Baby, Baby" singer himself added: "It doesn't matter."

    And the pop phenom's team is still considering legal action against Yeater, Braun hinted. "We've never even seen the lawsuit, but we're going to just get ahead of this thing and go right after it. I think it's important to hold people accountable for their actions."

    Added Bieber (currently dating Selena Gomez): "We don't want it to seem like its okay for everyone to say, like, 'I had Justin's baby or having his baby.'"

        actually yeah it is a mugshot bc the chick accused another guy of being the father of the same kid she is accusing Justin for . It was proven that he was not the dad and he got her arrested. now she is doing the same thing to Justin. she is nothing but some lowlife that is trying to get some attention . and what better way to get attention then to bring one of the biggest pop stars of this age into a situation that could be life changing . hes in all the head lines and she is probably some weird chick that is a pathological liar to the point to where even she believes her own lies . she needs to be put into a hug-me jacket and thrown into the Spongebob room. and the kid should be taken away

      First of all, this woman is crazy!
      Justin is the THIRD guy she accused of being the dad!
      It is CLEAR that she lied about her baby being a little Bieber and I don't blame Justin one bit for going ahead with the test. He would HAVE to if he was going to sue her anyway - so he can have proof. Once the truth about this woman started coming out, it was clear that there was NO WAY that this would end well for her - end up in jail for statutory rape if it was true or get sued by the Biebs if it was false. The next woman who has Bieber Fever and wants to come after him better think twice - make that three times!

        if it is proven by the DNA that he is not the father, than my guess would be No, simply because she did not have sex with him like he said. Unless she is even more stupid and continues to have more moments of stupidity and continues to say the sex happened. Than yes she can be charge and should be for being totally stupid.

        But she can't be sued for something she never did! Justin maintains and so do his bodyguards, that he never met this woman and certainly was never alone with her. His routine has always been to finish his concert and out the door with his mother and guards.

He didn't do anything wrong...and this trash monkey should get her face plastered on magazine covers for being a professed child-rapist, instead of the discarded mother of some famous teeny-bopper's love child. Jeeze...even IF it were true...what kind of a #$%$ tells the world that she snuck backstage at a freaking Justin Bieber concert, let the child drag her into a toilet where she let him slip it to her for "30 seconds"...at the age of 20??? Who DOES that? She should be arrested just so they'll give her a flea dip during processing!

      He should sue this woman and make her file bankruptcy, and then fight the discharge of his claim in bankruptcy. He is very young, and he needs to put all con-artists on notice that they will pay for false claims.

      While I do believe being a celebrity means you have sold yourself to the public, I do not believe people should get away with their lies. She needs to be made an example of for putting Bieber AND her child through this (because her baby will pay his whole life for it). I feel badly for both. She some mother.
