    Judge: Halle Berry Can Not Move To France With Daughter (Report)

    A judge ruled on Friday that Halle Berry will not be able to move to France with her daughter, Nahla, according to TMZ.

    Berry had wanted to raise her 4-year-old daughter in France, which has tougher laws against paparazzi, instead of Los Angeles.

    Model Gabriel Aubry, Nahla's dad, had objected.

    Berry and Aubry broke up in 2010.

    The actress and her fiance -- actor Olivier Martinez, who is French -- met while filming "Dark Tide" in 2010 and began dating.

    The couple became engaged over the 2011-2012 holidays.
