We can likely all agree on one thing: "Sparkle" actress Jordin Sparks looks amazing! The former "American Idol" winner has dropped an astounding 50 lbs. from her body and now shows off her super svelte physique whenever possible. Of course, everyone wants to know her secrets.
"There is no secret," Sparks told US Weekly at the NYC screening of her new film. "It's just better eating and working out! It's definitely a daily thing."
Her workouts consist of 30 minutes of one-on-one coaching with a personal trainer and regular Zumba classes that fit into her busy schedule. "My mom's best friend is a Zumba instructor and I loved it," she added. "I started with walking then went to jogging and then Zumba."
We love, love, love that Sparks is getting healthy the right way. Let's check in with those who are actively dropping the pounds to see if they're doing it the right or wrong way.
Jennie Garth, on the other hand, seems to be taking a page out of Demi Moore's breakup weight loss plan. The actress - whose marriage to "Twilight" actor Peter Facinelli ended earlier this year - looked gaunt and rail-thin while out a couple of weeks ago. Garth's ribcage was on full displayed when she stepped out on August 8.
Yikes! The actress even tweeted a bikini shot on July 4, but she was quick to add a food tweet to make her 18,000 followers know she eats.
"Eating brie cheese...in a bikini on the beach...something's wrong with this!" she wrote.
Let's hope she doesn't lose any more weight.
Much has been said - both good and bad - about Jessica Simpson's reported $3 million dollars weight loss deal with Weight Watchers. The singer - who gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew in May - has been hounded by the paparazzi as she makes trips to the gym.
Well, she must be seeing some progress. "That's a wrap! Just finished shooting my first #weightwatchers commercial! Stay tuned..." she tweeted on Aug. 16.
Simpson has definitely make some serious changes to her diet and lifestyle: She's given up fast food and now likes water instead of booze.
"Responsibility has drastically changed my life! Saturday night drink of choice.... WATER! :)" she tweeted on Aug. 5. Keep it up, Jess!
It seems like everything is shrinking on Miley Cyrus these days. The actress and singer recently chopped off her hair - and her stomach keeps getting smaller. How do we know? She constantly tweets photos of her small body.
Think she has an eating disorder? Think again: Cyrus is crediting Pilates and her new gluten-free diet with the weight loss.
"For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight it's about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway," she tweeted in the spring.
"Everyone should try no gluten for a week. The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing! You won't go back!"
What do you think of Jordin Sparks' weight loss?
