LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- "Iron Man 2" director Jon Favreau told Access Hollywood shooting on the next installment of his exoskeleton super hero series has wrapped and he's pumped to attend this weekend's Comic-Con in San Diego.

"We just wrapped on Friday," Jon told Access on Sunday at the "G-Force" premiere in Hollywood. "I had a day off and there's a wrap party later on [tonight.] Then I get to go away for a while and then comeback and hit the editing room."

The director/actor said he's excited to return to Comic-Con this weekend.

"We made our first big splash at Comic-Con two years ago, so we're really looking forward to going back this year," he continued.

But will those in attendance at the annual fan boy fest get a little treat from the just wrapped movie? Not likey, according to Jon - but surprises are common at the convention.

"Well, we just wrapped, we want to try to just show up and say hit to everyone. Those visual effects take a long time to pull together," he told Access. "But, we want to go there and say hi to the fans. That's where it all started for us... and make a special appearance."
