The 19-year-old singer and actress Camilla Belle, 22, have called it quits.
"Yes, it's true," Belle's rep tells Usmagazine.com. "[Joe and Camilla] have broken up. There is no third party involved and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends."

Celeb blog JustJared was the first to confirm the split.
At a concert Sunday in Detroit, Joe reportedly changed the line "Get a rep for breakin' hearts, now I'm done with superstars" to "Get a rep for breakin' hearts, now I'm done with movie stars."

Perez Hilton also has a video of Joe singing. He changes the line "now I see everything I'd ever need is the girl in front of me" to "girls."

The two met last year on the set of the Jonas Brothers video "Lovebug." He split with Taylor Swift soon after meeting Belle, but insisted he "never cheated on a girlfriend." He wrote on his MySpace blog: "It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true."
