Fallon will soon head back to work, as he takes over NBC's Late Night for Conan O'Brien next March.
"I'm more nervous and excited. I want to start tomorrow," he told Us. "I just want to go out there and start figuring things out.
"Some things are going to go wrong and some things are going to be great," he added. "I just want to keep the great things. I'm confident it's going to be a really entertaining show. It's going to be good. I'm getting the best people."
Fallon has more exciting news: He's about to celebrate his one-year wedding anniversary to film producer Nancy Juvonen, whom he wed in the Caribbean on December 22.
Asked about married life, he told Us: "Love it."

Juvonen co-owns Flower Films with Drew Barrymore. The three worked together on the 2005 comedy Fever Pitch.
Did Barrymore approve of Fallon for her friend?
"I think she gave me the thumbs up!" Fallon told Us.
