  Whats the big deal people? Its not hard to get back in shape after a baby if you are in shape before hand and continue to exercise during your pregnancy. You are recommended to gain 25-30 pounds when pregnant. I gained 27 and walked out of the hospital in my size 4……not a big deal. I am in the army and never even had to go to the maternity uniform. G
