Jennifer Lawrence is the most desirable woman, according to a list compiled by AskMen.com. Thanks to her looks, talent, and personality, the "Silver Linings Playbook" star beat out the likes of Emma Stone and Mila Kunis in the countdown of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women. Clearly the total package, Jennifer is scorching hot right now, and she has the accolades to prove it. Here are a few other honors she has received this year.
The Los Angeles Film Critics Association named her Best Actress
The Golden Globe and Oscar nominations haven't been revealed yet, but Jennifer has already tasted success during awards season. The Los Angeles Film Critics Association dubbed her the year's Best Actress thanks to her role in "Silver Linings Playbook." The 22-year-old beauty steals the show as Tiffany, a depressed sex addict who falls for Bradley Cooper's character. Based on the acclaim she's received so far, expect many more awards to come her way.
She won two MTV Movie Awards for "The Hunger Games"
"Silver Linings Playbook" isn't the only 2012 movie that is earning Jennifer respect. This summer, Jennifer was a double-winner at the MTV Movie Awards for her role as Katniss in "The Hunger Games." In addition to taking home the prize for Best Female Performance, she also shared the Best Fight award with co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Alexander Ludwig. The star is currently filming the sequel "Catching Fire," and she is likely to take home more MTV Movie Awards in the years ahead.
She was recently named Outstanding Performer of the Year
With two award-winning roles in 2012, it was only a matter of time before someone declared that Jennifer was the best performer of the year. The Santa Barbara International Film Festival did just that, and will honor the star this coming February. "Ms. Lawrence impressed us earlier this year in 'The Hunger Games,' but has now left us moonstruck with her career-defining performance in 'Silver Lining Playbook,'" said festival representative Roger Durling in a statement. "Naming her our Outstanding Performer of the Year is an understatement." This award is gender-neutral, meaning that Jennifer outshines all other men and women.
