Hudson worked with super-songwriter Ne-Yo (he wrote Beyonce's "Irreplaceable") for her debut single, "Spotlight," which came out last month.

Aside from her work with Ne-Yo and his Stargate productions, Hudson worked with Timbaland, John Legend, Akon, Tricky and R. Kelly for the new release.

By the way, she must be doing something right, otherwise she wouldn't be in the public eye. I happen to think she's great.

OMG! Like I said about Halle Berry, people are just intimidated by any sign of female success, especially that of a Black woman. So they hate by saying she is overrated or can't sing. Clearly, if you were worth %@!*#, you'd be getting the Oscar and not her
