LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Jennifer Hudson has had to reschedule dates on her current co-headlining tour with Robin Thicke over vocal issues.
"Due to strain found on her vocal chords, Jennifer Hudson has been instructed by her doctor to go on vocal rest," her rep said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

The Oscar and Grammy winner last performed live on May 2 in Los Angeles.
The co-headlining jaunt has rescheduled three dates so far. The Dallas tour stop, which was due to happen May 7, will now occur on May 16. The Houston stop on May 8 will now happen May 17 and her May 3 Oakland date has been moved to May 19.
A new date for her May 5 Phoenix tour stop will be announced shortly, the rep said.
