Jennifer Aniston isn't a stripper, but she plays one on the big screen! The 44-year-old actress recently dished on how she got her bod in tip top shape for the undie scenes in her summer flick "We're the Millers," telling "Access Hollywood" that kale was her secret ingredient.
"I was on a very like, you know, greens and vegetables and lean proteins and kale," she said of her strict movie diet. "When I really wanted to have a cheat day I had to have a kale chip."
But a woman cannot live on kale alone. Aniston's yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, told People her celeb client's "athletic and slim" body comes from a holistic approach to fitness and organic eating, with three days of yoga per week. Aniston even revealed yoga helped her get rid of a pesky little saddle bag. "It was miraculous how it sort of melted away," she said.

"The Wolverine" star Hugh Jackman is known for his superhero-style muscles, but in a recent interview with Oprah Winfrey he went into more detail about his diet and fitness routine. In addition to spending three hours a day with a trainer, Jackman revealed that he eats a lean protein diet -- every two hours!
"I literally rang Dwayne Johnson, 'The Rock,' and said 'I've seen you in some movies…What do I do?'" Jackman said. "He went through the diet, and it was 6000 calories, eating every two hours…It would look like two chicken breasts, steamed broccoli, beans, and maybe some carbs."
Speaking of The Rock, the action movie star recently tweeted pics of his 22-week diet and workout plan ahead of the release of his latest movie, "Hercules: The Thracian Wars." Indeed, it's a Herculean effort to eat seven meals a day that includes 18 ounces of filet, 16 ounces of chicken, 16 ounces of halibut, 20 ounces of casein protein, 10 egg whites and a ton of rice and veggies. (Always the jokester, Johnson added that he downs "one cup of Neaman lion blood upon rising, served fresh and warm.")
While the diet is hard to swallow, The Rock gave a hint on his training schedule: "Cardio & iron before going to set," he wrote. Yeah, and we're sure a meal break was soon to follow.
And to prepare for the summer blockbuster "Man of Steel," Henry Cavill needed to pump some iron. The British actor trained with Salt Lake City trainer Mark Twight, using a 100-rep training routine called the "tailpipe." Twight told ABC News that Cavill bulked up by gaining 20 pounds with the help of a 5,000 calorie intake. And unlike Jackman and Johnson, no food was off limits.
"If he decided, 'Look, I can get an extra thousand calories by eating pizza, I'll do it,'" Twight said. But the two-hour workouts six days a week lasted for 11 months.
"What we are trying to do is use physical means to basically prepare a person or change them in a psycho physical way so they can actually play a role in this context," Twight said. "So you need a guy to look like Superman? It will be better if he feels super in order to transmit that message."
