Jen Schefft on Andrew Firestone Baby News: "I'm Happy for Them!"

Former Bachelorette Jen Schefft has a message for ex Andrew Firestone and his wife Ivana, who revealed this week that they are expecting their first child.

"Congratulations!" Schefft told Usmagazine.com.

"I'm happy for them!" she added.

Schefft and Firestone split 10 months after they got engaged on the third season finale of The Bachelor in 2003.

Schefft announced on Thursday that she's engaged to beau Joe Waterman, a trader whom she met on a blind date in February.

"We had talked about it and I knew it was coming, so I didn't think he could do anything to surprise me, but he did!" Schefft said. "I can't wait to marry him!"

Firestone, meanwhile, told Us that he and Ivana are "just over the moon" about her pregnancy.

The couple wed in July after dating since February 2005. They honeymooned in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

"As soon as we got married we wanted to start [trying] and we were very blessed and God willing, we were able to make it happen soon after the wedding!" Firestone told Us.
