Jason Lewis: I "Don't Know Anything" About a SATC Sequel

Don't raise those cosmos just yet.

Although Kim Cattrall has declared a Sex and the City sequel will happen, her on-screen love Jason Lewis hasn't heard anything.

"I just heard tonight at dinner that Kim Cattrall is doing all these confirmations, but I don't know anything about it. And you can quote me on that," Lewis told Usmagazine.com. at the Juicy Couture 5th Avenue Flagship opening in NYC on Thursday.

Would the unattached actor return to the screen as the hunky Smith Jerrod?

"I would do anything they asked me to do," he told Us. "They were so kind to me that if all they wanted me to do was go over and do the lights, I would do that for them."

Sarah Jessica Parker says she'd also be on board for another sequel, but stressed that nothing in final.

"I'm thrilled to know Kim is excited but all the deals are not yet done," she tells Access Hollywood "With 'the wind on our heels,' we hope to make it a reality."

    i loved the first movie, so a sequel would be great!!!!!!!!!!!! they can't just make up these rumors, there has to be something in the works!!!! i can't wait if there will be a sequel!!!!!!!!!

    is this about jason or the dumb movie satc. the real stars are the ladies. why not use that as the go to. i like jason he like him wish he gets his real do in hollywood. rather than a lead way to bring up the satc movie. how about from the men point of view. or is it they are like women use to be eye candy. but still women are played for dumb is this movie.

    No offense given the recent tragedies she's endured, but hopefully the next movie will not include Jennifer Hudson. There was such an obvious lack of chemistry. And I wonder where the next movie will go, like previously posted, all the loose ends were tied up. What -- Carrie and Big have a kid? Gawd I hope not.

    the movie pretty much tied up all the loose ends. what more could there possibly be to tell? LADIES: stop while you're ahead... do not be lured in by dollar signs and go out with a bang, just like on the show!
