Kidd was the only passenger in the car at the time of the crash. He was treated for minor injuries and released from Southampton Hospital before being arraigned Sunday morning on misdemeanor charges of DWI. He was released without bail.

Kidd's arrest comes just days after the 10-time All-Star signed a three-year, $9.5 million dollar deal to play for the New York Knicks.
