MALIBU, Calif. -- Jaime Pressly has tied the knot.

The "My Name Is Earl" star married entertainment lawyer Simran Singh on Saturday, People reported.

According to the mag, the ceremony was held in Malibu at 6 PM at the Dick Clark estate, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

She wasn't the first comedian to be married on the property -- Adam Sandler wed there as well in 2003.

Jaime, 32, was joined for the happy occasion by 2-year-old son Dezi James, her child with ex-fiance Eric Cubiche, who she split with last November.

A rep for the star previously confirmed her engagement to Simran to Access Hollywood in July.
