My Name Is Earl actress Jaime Pressly is getting married, her rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.

The star is engaged to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, her rep tells Us, adding that a wedding date is still to be determined.

Pressly and Singh checked into the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego Thursday. She told a friend in the lobby, "Nobody really knows yet, but we just got engaged," a witness says.

Tonight, the duo plans to celebrate her 32nd birthday with 50 of their pals and red velvet cake at rooftop nightspot Float. (Her actual birthday was Thursday.)

Pressly split from S.K.A.M. Artist DJ Eric Cubiche last November after a two-year engagement. They have a son, Dezi, 2.
