LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Shia LaBeouf is doing well following his recent car accident and resulting hand surgery according to Isabel Lucas, his co-star in "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen."
"We're both fine and Shia's fine as well," Lucas told Access
Hollywood on the red carpet at Hayden Panettiere's Whaleman
Foundation Benefit at Beso in Hollywood on Sunday. "His hand is
healing well."
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, LaBeouf was involved in a collision with another vehicle in Hollywood on July 27, one that saw his green Ford truck flip. Lucas was the star's passenger in the incident.

While both actors were transported to a local hospital following
the crash, Lucas was released, while LaBeouf was forced to undergo
early morning surgery to his left hand.
Last week, Star reported that LaBeouf might have to have his
pinky amputated, a story that the star's rep debunked to
Access.
"That story is a complete fabrication. Absolute gossip," LaBeouf's
rep said.
