Hilary Duff, 24, and her husband, retired hockey player Mike Comrie, welcomed a new addition to their household. Their son and first child, Luca Cruz, was born on March 20. So it hasn't been that long since the multi-talented actress and singer gave birth.
The girl who put Lizzie McGuire on the map is fairly popular on Twitter with over a million followers. Follow her tweets and you'll see that the star retains her positive attitude, but it's clear that motherhood has been quite the adjustment.
March 22 - "Welcome to the World Luca Cruz Comrie! Tuesday evening, we became proud parents of a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce beautiful boy."
March 26 - "Luca fed! Mamma fed! Time to do it all again in 2 hours! Oh how life has changed! Lol In such a wonderful way :)."

Duff was recently spotted wearing skin-tight leopard-print skinny jeans, a purple/blue blouse and platform sandals. She looked stunning, but why should she have to when her focus has been on her new son? Despite how challenging a new baby can be, why do we expect our celebrities to look fantabulous even if they've recently given birth?
As fans, we want the fantasy, 24/7. However, if we can't keep it real, it takes the bubbly and modest Hilary to do it for us. In response to a fan who complemented her on her post-baby look, she tweeted, "You should have seen what I looked like last week.eek surprised I still have a husband!It was time to throw them heels on;) guurl."
