LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Heidi Montag officially married her "Hills" sweetheart, Spencer Pratt , over the weekend -- and she couldn't be happier.

"Wow what a morning!" she wrote on her Twitter page on Monday. "Waking up with my husband is beyond words!!! im so excited im really married! FOREVER!"

Heidi kept her fans updated through her Twitter account both before and after the wedding, which occurred at Pasadena's Westminster Presbyterian Church on Saturday evening.

And on Sunday, she revealed what it was like to finally be legally married to Spencer.

"First day of married life!!!!!! this is so amazing i cant believe i am Mrs.Pratt im so excited," she wrote.

"Getting married has been the craziest yet best experience of my life," she wrote just a short while later.

And it appears Spencer was also touched by their gorgeous church wedding, which was witnessed by their family members and "Hills" co-stars, including Lauren Conrad , Brody Jenner , Stephanie Pratt , Audrina Patridge and Lo Bosworth, who were all spotted at the event.

"I had never been touched by the holy spirit like I was yesterday in the church!! It was life changing," he wrote.

The couple tied the knot legally, for the first time, over the weekend. As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the couple eloped in Mexico last November. Spencer, however, chose not to make the international marriage legal in the U.S., just as they were about to say their vows in front of a justice of the peace at a Beverly Hills courthouse, shortly after the Mexican ceremony.

"I just want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years," Spencer told Heidi, while the two were filmed for the Season 4 finale of "The Hills." "I'll deal with it. It's worth it to be with you the rest of my life. We'll do it the way you want, I'm sorry, I love you so much."

    Totally off the subject of the wedding (BTW ewww & gag!), but has anyone ever noticed that most of the KIDS on this show don't have jobs! And they call it reality TV...no where in my reality is it possible to just go jetting off to Hawaii or Vegas on a whim! Hmm...I have a few free hours to kill...what ever shall I do? OHH I know...I'll fly to Vegas on my private jet.

    Did she check the ink on her marriage licence?? It might be erasable or disappearing ink. He probably spent his wedding night texting Stacy. Like Stacy said in one of the Hills episodes, there will always be Stacy in his life. I guess Heidi better get used to be second best.
