BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- Supermodel and "Project Runway" host Heidi Klum is losing her last name - she's filed a petition to change her last name to her married name, "Samuel."

Her singer husband, Seal's, full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel.

Seal announced Heidi was pregnant for the fourth time in April 2009 during his show at Radio City Music Hall in New York. At the time, it was reported she was three months along.

The couple has two sons together, Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, 3, and Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, 2.

Seal is also the adoptive father of Helene "Leni" Klum, whose father is Heidi's ex, Flavio Briatore. Flavio and Heidi split in December 2003.

The singer and the "Project Runway" host began dating in 2004, while Heidi was pregnant with Leni.

They tied the knot on May 10, 2005 on a beach in Mexico.

    WOW its amazing to read the comments of these closed minded ppl. we live in the 21st century where loving a man or woman should be because of the color of their skin. remember when the lights are off we are all the same color and when we bleed we all bleed red. Black man happen to love white woman....the same wrround this is why the worl is we all humans or we what else?
