Call it a No-Family Affair. Holly Montag's 26th birthday party at Empire Hollywood Oct. 17 was short two obvious VIPs: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.
Fox News went on to report that Montag's famous sister, though invited, skipped the shindig for financial reasons.

"Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid," a source was quoted as saying. "She wouldn't even show up with a fee. That's disgusting."
Pratt and wife Montag fired back today via their rep, who told Access Hollywood that the story "is absolutely not true." Heidi's sister threw more than one birthday bash for friends and family to attend, the rep explained.

And while Holly Montag's drinking is an issue on this season of The Hills, it was Spencer's sister who was caught over-indulging the night of the party in question: Stephanie Pratt was arrested for DUI in the early hours of Oct. 18.
"I mean, I've had problems with drinking in Hollywood, but who doesn't?" Spencer Pratt, 26, told MTV News recently.

"If you're out at a club every night having drinks, then you're drinking every night of the week," he says.
