LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- In recent weeks, a host of celebrity couples have gone their separate ways, but Gwyneth Paltrow may be able to help.

The actress has managed to gather some advice on how to keep a relationship going.

In her most recent GOOP newsletter, posted on her Web site of the same name, Gwyneth answered a question from a fan -- "What does it take to sustain a happy and successful relationship or marriage?"

According to the mother of two, who married Coldplay's Chris Martin in December 2003, a "long-term relationship between two people is an ever evolving organism."

Beyond Gwyneth's own observation, she enlisted some experts with relationship advice.

Monica Berg, a spiritual teacher and guide, chimed in that couples should "consciously focus on the good in one another." Additionally she suggested they "Cherish small moments of intimacy and laughter"; "be vulnerable with one another" and repair things after a fight.

Another expert Gwyneth brought in to offer help was Dr. Karen Binder-Brynes, a psychologist, who recommended that "trust is essential" and a relationship or marriage "should be a safe harbor in life's ocean."

Christians accepts Christ as the savior. The Jews doesn't believe he has come yet. Those who are "followers"of Kabbalah say there is no need for one..............so what do they believe? These creative idiots who are mentored by some sick "spiritualist" of Kabbalah don't need to be giving advise.
