The 27-year-old star and her husband, actor Nathan West, welcomed Anniston Kae early Thursday at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in L.A.
Look back at some of the most memorable bumps of last year.
"Both mother and child are healthy," her rep told Us Thursday.
Anniston, who weighed 7 lbs., 1 oz., is the third child for the couple. They also have a son, Noah Wilde, 5, and daughter, Taelyn Leigh, 2.

Leigh plays Dr. Lexie Grey, the neurotic half-sister of Dr. Meredith Grey (newly pregnant Ellen Pompeo) on the hit ABC hospital drama.
