Why bother to watch ? Who has ever heard of even half of the nominees--shows or people ? Like the People's Choice awards, it is probably all politics. Consider choices in both award shows,, right ?

American Horror Story should have won. Not even close. Boardwalk and Game of Thrones are good, but AHS is on another level. Homeland is just another ploy to keep the terrorists events going in our minds. Sorry but not good enough.

And Streep wins another because... she's Meryl Streep. This one should have gone to Viola Davis. Perhaps the Academy will see past the name and instead award the performance. Ah, who am I kidding?

htf does Woody Allen win over anybody? his movies are pretentious, whiny, and bloated. Hollywood needs to get over itself and give it to someone who writes something new and fresh. Oh wait, Hollywood hasn't done that in like 20 years. Never mind. They give awards to the same people over and over and overlook fresh talent like Joseph-Gorden Levitt, Ryan Gosling and that woman from The Help..Viola something..Case closed..

Dicaprio looks very nervous tonight. He is sweating it out for a narrow victory over Bradsky.
