Taylor Swift is hard at work prepping for next month's MTV Video Music Awards and recently gave
Usmagazine.com an inside look at her network promo spot that touts the annual awards show.

Katy Perry, Ne-Yo, Cobra Starship and the
show's host,
Russell Brand, to film individual musical numbers -- reworked the lyrics to the Broadway tune "Tonight" under the direction of "In the Heights'" Lin-Manuel Miranda. Her spot begins airing tonight on MTV.
Swift says she can't wait to take the stage next month at the awards show.

huge and it's always a big production with a great theme," the singer -- who will debut a never-before heard rendition of "You Belong With Me" -- says. "I'm so grateful to be a part of the show this year -- especially now that the VMAs are back in New York!"
The MTV Video Music Awards air live from New York City's Radio City Music Hall Sept. 13.
