  I have absolutely nothing against these other Reality TV families, I think they are wonderful. Guess she is just not the typical "Normal" family, hubby, etc. BACK OFF and let her enjoy the wonderful children she has been blessed to have, no matter how she was blessed or how many she was blessed with.
