LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- We all know that mom jeans have been in the news since Jessica Simpson donned a pair of ill-fitting, high-waisted, light wash jeans during a concert appearance. Now mom jeans have gotten a bad rap over the years, but we all know that the concept of a 'mom jean' is necessary.

So we went out and found the perfect solution for our moms, a trendy pair of mom jeans. Cleverly called "Not Your Daughter's Jeans", the company boasts celeb clientele like Jane Seymour , Rachael Ray , Diane Sawyer and Cybill Shepherd. Four women with four distinctive body shapes.

So what sets these jeans apart from a market that is already saturated with a variety of jean makers? Well, for one, they feature a Tummy Tuck technology that eliminates the love handles that plague nearly every woman in the nation. And perhaps best of all... these jeans won't show too much of your backside when you try to sit in a backless chair, a problem both our moms mentioned!

So whether you don't feel comfortable going into the ultra trendy and ultra loud Abercrombie & Fitch and having a shirtless male direct you to the jeans section, or you're trying to find the perfect fit for the perfect price these jeans might just be the ones for you and your mom. They start out at a reasonable $80 a pair and go up to $120 for a more embellished look. The jeans come in a variety of colors and styles, including a new capri style for Spring. And they are easily accessible, readily available at Nordstrom's stores across the nation.

Take it from us, if you have a mom that just can't ever seem to find the right pair of jeans that makes her backside look as cute as it did before she had you, this will do the trick. And maybe when she's so thrilled to look so cute, she might just reciprocate the favor and purchase you a little something as well!

Hey, it's worth a shot.

I think she is too skinny still. Have any of you ever felt a soft woman, do you prefer chicks that feel like little boys when you hold them?

I read mag so called fashion celebs comm on celebs dress. All but 1 ok, they dissed all! They’re idiots? Why listen to them? They want us to spend $$ on stuff we wouldn’t be caught dead in! Job calls for, suit/tie, I prefer black w/purple shirt, tie, socks too match! If not Jeans/Tee or Tee/jacket, socks?? Black clogs/ western boots! Heck w/ ‘fashion experts’, wear what I want! Tis USA,tis
