LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- You don't have to break the bank to look great this Summer. Take a cue from savvy stars like Rachel Bilson, Ashlee Simpson and Paris Hilton, who are all fans of cheap chic cosmetics line Wet 'n Wild.

I challenged Heather Cummings, the Key Makeup Artist on Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance," to create an entire makeup look for $25. She did just that... buying six products AND she had a whole six cents to spare!

FOR THE SKIN:
First, start off by applying a foundation. Choose a color that most closely matches your skin type. Ultimate Match SPF 15 Foundation (SRP $4.99) is available in Ivory, Porcelain, Nude, Beige, Bisque and Sand so there is a shade for everyone! Measure the foundation to about the size of a nickel and apply with a foundation brush or clean fingers, only where needed. Applying with a sponge will soak up your foundation causing you to use more than you need.

For that sun-kissed look, try Ultimate Minerals Loose Blush in Barely Peach (SRP $3.99). Tap off excess blush from brush and concentrate color on the apples of cheeks and fade toward the hairline. Blush should look like a natural flush on the cheeks.

FOR THE EYES:
This Summer it's all about golden eyes! Stars like Blake Lively and Charlize Theron are seen sporting this look during the daytime and on the red carpet! Use Ultimate Minerals Loose Eyeshadow (SRP $3.99) in Crown Gold. Lightly dust eyes with translucent powder first to help keep eyeshadow from grabbing. Apply shadow with a brush on the lid and even underneath the lower lashes for a truly "glowing" look!

Anything goes this season with eyeliner and it's all about COLOR! For a more dramatic nighttime look, lush lashes like Kim Kardashian's are a necessity! Lash Intense Mascara (SRP $4.99) comes in Very Black (best for dark eyes) and Soft Black (works better for green, blue and hazel eyes). Apply several coats starting at the base of the lashes. Go over the tips of your lashes with the applicator or a fan brush to give lashes an extra boost!

FOR THE LIPS:
Pink lips are all the rage!
