  Ed was a personal associate of over 30 years who I was honored and proud to work with on the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon. I haven't seem him for many years, but I will miss him and remember his great sense of humor and kind heart and his kindest to me. Job well Done ED! R.I.P

  First off, Joanna was an ex-wife of Johnny's. His widow is Alexis Maas Carson. Secondly, in the picture you show that shows Johnny and Ed on the Tonight Show set, January 1960 ... ahem.... Johnny and Ed didn't even start on the Tonight Show until Octover 1962. Finally, as a journalist it is embarassing when reporters don't check facts or proofread for errors. Good grie
