On the verge of her 17th birthday, Kendall Jenner is already a reality star, actress, model, fashion entrepreneur and author. But she just wants to be entertained on her special day on November 3.
It must be impossible to be part of the Kardashian-Jenner clan and not have lofty ambitions. Not only is Kendall Jenner one of the stars of "Keeping up with the Kardashians" but she's got a powerhouse career going. On the verge of her 17th birthday, Kendall is already working as a model and actress. She and her sister Kylie have just launched their own fashion line and they're co-authoring their first novel. But according to Twitter Kendall just wants to relax and be entertained on her special day. Here are five things you don't know about Kendall Jenner
Her Modeling Career Is Going Strong
She started her modeling career at the age of 14 in a Forever 12 campaign. And now it seems like Kendall is one of the hottest girls around. She's done shoots for OK! magazine, Teen Vogue and along with Kylie, she's a Style Ambassador for Seventeen. In 2011 Kendall overcame a major fear and talk her first stroll down the catwalk for Sherri Hill in New York City. She has her sites set high, too. She recently told E! Online that she wants to be the next Gisele Bundchen.
She's Moving in to Acting
Earlier this year, Kendall told E!, "I would love to be in a horror movie or a horse movie." Although she hasn't lived out either of those fantasies quite yet, she is managing to dip a toe in the acting waters - on the sandy beaches of Oahu nonetheless. Kendall was recently cast in a guest starring role on "Hawaii Five-O," playing a sales assistant. Can a fright flick with Flicka be far behind?
She's into Fashion Like Her Big Sisters
Kendall and Kylie continue to follow in their big sisters' footsteps - this time by launching their own clothing line. As Kim, Khloe and Kourtney's lingerie collection hits stores, the two youngest siblings have tweeted their big news. As Kylie announced on Twitter, "Finally we can officially announce our clothing line coming soon <3 can't wait for everyone to see. We have been really excited by the creative design process from the start because we love fashion, and we can't wait to share it with our fans!"
She's About to Become an Author
With everything else on her plate, Kendall is taking time out with her sister Kylie to pen a novel for young adults. The new young authors are working with writer Maya Sloane on a futuristic science-fiction story about, what else, two sisters. If all goes well, this will just be the first in a series a la "Harry Potter" and "The Hunger Games."
She Loves to Be Entertained
There haven't been any rumors of a singing career in Kendall's future but give her time. For now she seems to just be a major music fan. She's constantly tweeting about tunes she's listening to and she has very eclectic taste - from Stevie Wonder to Adele to J-Boog. But when it comes to her ideal choice to ring in her special day, Kendall recently posted her desire for a good laugh, "the perfect bday present for me = tickets to a Kevin Hart show."
