Eva’s chic halter dress was accentuated with a cut-out back and gathered detail around the neckline. It looked great on her petite, toned frame and was the perfect staple for a hot, summer outing in NYC. She totally rocked the look! She accessorized with her favorite designer, Brian Atwood’s, Encanta strappy sandals, flawless makeup and swept-up locks.
