Entertaining expert Kris Schoels stopped by Access Hollywood Live with tips to hosting an awesome election-inspired bash. Besides lots of red, white & blue décor, Kris also shared these sweet election-inspired party favors & drink recipe.

PATRIOTIC POPCORN MIX
Ingredients:

6 cups popped popcorn
1 cup of blue M&Ms
4 tbsp. red sprinkles

Optional: red, white, and blue jellybeans
Lightly toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in clear plastic containers and give to your guests as party favor to take home.

STAR SPANGLED CANDY MIX
Ingredients:
2 cups of red candy
2 cups of white candy
2 cups of blue candy
8 small mason jars
Layer 1/4 cup of the blue candy, 1/4 cup of the white candy and 1/4 cup of the red candy (in that order) into the jar. Makes 8 party favors.

BALANCED BUDGET
Ingredients:
1 oz. berry vodka
1 oz. blue curacao
1 oz. soft-whipped cream flavored with strawberry puree
In mixing glass filled with ice, stir the first two ingredients, and then strain into a flute glass. Use the bowl of a bar spoon to pour the lightly whipped berry-flavored cream. Garnish with half strawberry on the rim.
