DWTS' Derek Hough: I'm Not Back On With Shannon Elizabeth

Forget those rumors that Dancing With the Stars' Derek Hough is back on with ex Shannon Elizabeth.

"We're just friends," the dancer, 24, told Usmagazine.com at the Family Guy pre-Emmy party in Hollywood Friday. "I love her to death and that is not going to change."

After they announced their split in August, they were spotted getting close at a Los Angeles club.

But Hough told Us, "We're still great friends, and we still hang out."

He said their relationship is "cool."

"I've been all around a lot of heartbreak and divorce, and I think when two people can still remain friends, it always works out best for everyone," he said.

Is Hough seeing anyone else?

"No," said the dancer, who will perform with model Joanna Krupa on Monday's DWTS premiere. "I'm too busy right now."
