Duchess Kate in Valentine's Day visit to Liverpool

well my first val as a married woman am spending it alone while my husband is off fighting a war in Afghanistan, it would have been nice to have him here with me! but he got me the cutest puppy and it was a surprise!!! happy val babe love you to pieces always and forever, stay safe!!!!

As the wife of a military man who just retired after 25 years, I have spent plenty of valentines days, birthdays, christmases and other holidays away from my husband. Just par for the course. You make up for it another time :-)

I don't hear Kate complaining, she is a trooper, learning the job and carrying on, good for her.

Why should she complain or be anything but happy.
