Drew Lachey, Cheryl Burke Deny Affair Rumors

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Former "Dancing With the Stars" champ Drew Lachey did not have an affair with ballroom partner Cheryl Burke, their reps insisted today.

Cheryl helped Drew take the "Dancing" crown in the show's second season, but today, Star magazine claimed that the two were carrying on an affair during the program's recent national tour.

The magazine quoted a source, who said the two did not attempt to hide their rumored romance, during the jaunt.

"They didn't go very far to cover it up," the source claimed. "Cheryl was constantly draped all over Drew. They held hands, had their legs intertwined and were always touching inappropriately."

A rep for the married, former boy bander quickly issued a denial of the story earlier today.

"This story is completely false and couldn't be further from the truth," the rep said.

And Cheryl's rep also lashed out at the piece.

"The story that Cheryl is involved with Drew Lachey started two years ago when they were partners on 'Dancing With the Stars.' It wasn't true then and it isn't true now," her rep said.

One thing Drew does have a relationship with however is the "Dancing" brand. After filling in for "DWTS" co-host Samantha Harris, last season, while she gave birth, he recently hosted "Dance War: Bruno Vs. Carrie Ann."

As for Cheryl, she is on the current season of "DWTS," partnered with Latin heartthrob Cristian de la Fuente.

    Correction, not Joey spilled the beans--but Matthew spilled the beans when he was hurt and angry after walking in on that scene. He was shocked and felt betrayed. After thinking about it for 4-5 weeks, he didn't want to hurt Cheryl, like she hurt him... but it is too late to recant the story, when the Star starts revealing their sources. They may have even recorded the conversation.

    I am sure they did. She's a skank, home recker, and they need to take her off the show. There are blogs on Dancing w/ the Stars cast, walking in on them during romantic reactions, etc. They didn't hide it the best. His wife needs to take 1/2 of everything and find someone better!
