Nadya Suleman told TV host " Dr. Phil " McGraw on Tuesday that she fears the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in California won't release her eight newborn babies.

"What she is telling me is that unless and until she has a better living arrangement, that they are not likely to release the children to her," McGraw tells The Los Angeles Times.

Suleman, 33, has taped two episodes of McGraw's syndicated show, the first of which airs today. Part two airs Thursday (check your local listings).

Suleman, a single mother who already had six children before giving birth to octuplets Jan. 26, lives in southern California, with her mother in a three-bedroom house that is set to be auctioned off on March 5. She owes more than $23,000 in back payments, a source tells Usmagazine.com.

She has no job and is on food stamps and disability income for three of her six older children.

"If you don't have plans in place you need to say so, so we can help....People need to know you get it," Dr. Phil tells her at one point during their interview.

She replies, "I think I'll fully get it when they are ready to come home."

McGraw -- who has interviewed Suleman and her mother Angela at length -- said in a statement to Us that he believes Suleman "is very loving."

But he added, "I see somebody that has such a Pollyanna disconnect with real-world realities, and what shes getting ready to face, its like shes on a Disney ride."

Still, he urged, "We can't turn our back on this woman without turning our back on these children."

    i don't know what's right anymore. while i'm furious w/nadya's breed-fest, i feel very sorry 4 the 14 kids. if they're adopted out, who would take them all, so is it fair 2 the kids 2 separate them? all i know is nadya doesn't deserve them. what a mess!

    I totally agree with what Dr. Phil said, that if we turn our back on her then we turn our back on her underpriveleged children. I cannot stand Nadya, I think she needs serious mental help. But more importantly someone has GOT to look out for the needs of those precious babies. I just hope that things get worked out in favor for those kiddos.

    This story makes me want to vomit!! And what the hell is wrong with her lips?! Did she also have surgery or injections to try and look like Angelina Jolie? If so she didn't succeed. Seriously, those kids should be taken from her.

    The babies should not be given to her. She doesn't have a place to put all of them. It's very selfish of this lady. To have such a huge family it takes money. I don't want to pay for her or the kids w/ my tax money. They should b adopted out & Shes not like Angelina, because she doesnt have money, nannies. Most celberities that have kids always have nannies. Usually

    THis is poor on her part as a human.. all she wants is a big house and someone to pay for hur having all these babies.. they say she's getting a masters in psychology allright in B.S and we are falling for it as a ccountry.. how about we maker her ass get a job and pay back some of the money for the hospital for her babies and all of it for her self and then she should not get any help or
