Demi Moore is getting formal treatment for her alleged substance abuse and eating disorder problems at the exclusive Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, according to reports.
"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," a source close to the situation told "Entertainment Tonight."
Moore's trip to treatment comes after her hospitalization on Jan 23 for exhaustion. A 911 placed from the "Margin Call" actress' Beverly Hills area home revealed that she smoked something.
The trip to rehab is reportedly the end of the actress' downward spiral that started around the time of her split with husband Ashton Kutcher. A source told US Weekly that the actress is in serious trouble and even tried to hit on Zac Efron, a pal of her daughter Rumer Willis.
"She is turning 50 in November and has no idea who she is or what her life should be," the source told the magazine.
Here's hoping The Cirque Lodge can help the human right's activist get back on her feet. The rehab center has played host to a variety of Hollywood stars over the years.
Actress Eva Mendes surprised fans when she checked in to the Cirque Lodge in 2008 for "personal issues." Her rep wouldn't comment on the reason at the time, but many suspected it had to do with alcohol problems.
Her stay was successful and she relished her time off with plenty of exercise and relaxation.
"This year has been great for me because I've learned how to relax," she told People in 2008. "The last three years have been amazing but kind of crazy. So I don't know, I feel grounded. I feel really good."
Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab numerous times over the years, including a stay at the Cirque Lodge in 2007. The "Playboy" cover girl was spotted taking it whitewater rafting during her time in Utah.
"I'm proud of her. She's moving ahead with her life," her mother, Dina Lohan, told People after she left the facility in September 2008. "Things were getting out of control. She took action. She took responsibility. She really needed to heal."
Of course, she's been to rehab several more times since - but now she's getting rave reviews from the judge in her probation case. Maybe she's finally done with her legal troubles?
Actress and fashion icon Mary-Kate Olsen went to the Cirque Lodge in 2004 to deal with her anorexia nervosa. The pint-sized former "Full House" star later revealed that the disease almost killed her.
"There have definitely been times in my life when I just turned to people and said, 'I'm done - this is too much for me. This is too over-whelming,'" she revealed in 2008.
Do you think rehab can help Demi Moore get well?
