    Demi and Britney are all set to rejuvenate the show’s second season — we’re SO excited to see them in action!

    Demi Lovato and Britney Spears will officially be the newest judges on The X Factor!

    Demi, 19, and Britney, 30, will thrill fans by heading to the table alongside Simon Cowell.

    “Both have offers in place and have agreed to the terms,” E! Online reports. “It’s just a matter of signing on the dotted line.”

    HollywoodLife.com told you FIRST that Britney was close to signing a $15 million dollar deal — and while nothing has been confirmed, those are the rumored terms thus far!

    We hope you’re not disappointed with the news, because in a May 2 HollywoodLife.com poll, 55% of fans favored Miley Cyrus over Demi as a judge!
